Selecting and Ordering Your Container
The first step is simply selecting the storage container you need. That’s going to depend on the amount of storage space you need. A.B. Richards carries 3 types of storage units:
- 20-foot storage container, these containers are ideal for residential use as well as retail and industrial storage. These containers are 20-feet long, 8-feet wide and 8-feet 6-inches in height.
- 40-foot storage container, they’re great for larger storage needs. These containers are a popular choice of wholesalers, larger retail operations and industrial storage operations. They’re 40-feet long, 8-feet wide and 8-feet 6-inches in height.
- 40-foot jumbo storage container, this is our largest storage unit. It’s used for larger storage jobs, mostly for commercial and industrial renters. They’re 40-feet long, 8-feet wide and 9-feet 6-inches in height.
All of our containers are made of 14-gauge steel, and contain 1/38-inch hardwood floors. They’re finished in a neutral gray color to blend in with most surroundings and our units are secure and weather resistant.
